Returns
In the event that you want to return
your triad device, please contact
us via email, or call us at (505) 362-1597 to obtain return
authorization. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking
fee of 20%. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds
on triad units that have been damaged.
